Puppy Training
Each entry level class has a trainer and assistant to help you achieve your goal of a well trained dog. No more than two classes at a time are running. Our school offers a wide variety of programs to help you pave your way to a well trained family member and/or a competition dog.
Puppy Kindergarten: For pups between the ages of 2-4 months at the time of class. This 6 week course is the perfect start for your puppy, covering foundation obedience, manners, social skills and canine behavior. Family members are invited to come, (human pack is limited to 4 and they must be old enough to sit quietly for the hour!). Training will be done as a family unit. Free play, the best part for your pup, is included at the end. A workbook is included with this class.
Puppy S*T*A*R class: 6 wks/ age 6 months or younger, must have completed Puppy Kindergarten. More obedience in puppy style, using the new AKC STAR program! This class prepares your pupp to pass the AKC STAR evaluation, and continues your puppy's socialization and learning skills!
Puppy Plus: For dogs 5 months or older. This class is for AllBreed Puppy Kindergarten graduates who want to continue in an accelerated Level 1 class. This is an equivalent to a Level 1, but more challenges! Graduates can go onto Level 2 upon completion. Class offered on a demand basis.
